Rezept:

1/4 Kürbis
1/3 Mango
80g Linsen (rote, sonst grüne)
3-4 TL Curry
etwas Ingwer
1 kleine Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
ca. 200 ml Kokosnussmilch
Gemüsebrühe
Öl

1. Den Kürbis, Ingwer, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch kleinschneiden.
2. Alles in Öl anschwitzen.
6. Pürieren und abschmecken.

Hello guys!

Hopefray goes international! When it comes to translations I rather trust myself than Google translator, so I'm going to say, just in a nutshell, what I've written about in German above.
This time, I've made a delicious and warming soup with pumpkin, lentils, mango and curry. Full of spices and colours, it is the perfect recipe for cold winter days. Real soulfood.

Recipe:

1/4 pumpkin
1/3 mango
80g lentils
3-4 tablespoons curry
some Ingwer
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 cup coconut milk (circa)
vegetable consommé
oil

1. Chop your small piece of Ingwer, the garlic and the onion. Peel your pumpkin (not necessary if you work with a hokkaido pumpkin) and chop it.
2. Heat up some oil in your pot and braise Ingwer, garlic and the onion lightly.
3. Add the pumpkin. Stir.
4. Add the lentils and cover everything with vegetable consommé.
5. Boil until the lentils are ready. Add the spices.
6. Chop the mango, add it together with the coconut milk to the soup.
7. Blend the soup and taste.
